Vanessa brings to the team a decade of experience in pediatric, neurologic, and acute care rehabilitation, primarily at NYU Langone Health. She graduated with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Boston University in 2008 and has completed a yearlong fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Specialization at the Virtual Hand to Shoulder Institute. She is currently working towards Certification in Hand Therapy. Vanessa was drawn to Atlantic Physical Therapy Center because of the commitment to excellence and support for clinicians to constantly strive to improve their knowledge and skills for the benefit of their patients. When she is not helping patients achieve their goals, Vanessa enjoys traveling and keeping active outdoors with her husband and two young kids.
