Post Operative Cases
There is a time for protective healing and a time for aggressive rehabilitation. We walk our pre and post-op patients through this continuum to help make your surgical rehab a success. Whether it is before or after your surgery, our therapists will develop a personalized plan of care to keep you on the road to recovery.
We treat more than just athletic injuries. Whether it’s stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or a vestibular issue such as problems with balance or walking, we have a strong background in helping our patients achieve their optimum functional levels, including therapists with certifications in Parkinson’s treatment, Vertigo, and much more.
We are a Medicare facility that appreciates the needs of not only the young but the young at heart. We offer balance, gait training, and general strength and conditioning at all of our locations. Helping our patients feel their best and live life to the fullest potential, no matter their age is our true passion.
Younger patients need to be properly motivated to rehab successfully. Our therapists know how to make physical therapy fun for children so that they are healing without even realizing they are doing any work!
Spine & Extremities
Our physical therapists are all trained in the latest, most effective techniques to assist patients in achieving their goals. From neck pain to herniated discs, low back pain, to sciatica, we know how to help people get back to their daily routines as quickly as possible.
Our physical therapists can treat those suffering from TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction) with 80% of patients experiencing relief in only 1-2 treatments.
The best way to treat injuries is to prevent them from happening. Our therapists can set up training programs for balance, agility, body mechanics, and general conditioning to help the healthy person remain that way. These programs are available on a cash basis as needed.
Worker’s Compensation Injury
We are experts in treating work injuries to help the patient return to work as quickly as possible. Not only do we treat the injury, but we also assess the course of injury and offer suggestions to the patient and employer about ways to prevent future incidents. We do offer work conditioning at several locations which is physical therapy treatment for worker’s compensation patients that is much more aggressive and physically demanding than classic physical therapy. In addition we offer Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE’s) which utilizes technology that generates objective data to determine functional ability.
We see countless patients who have been injured in auto accidents. We know how and when to progress this population appropriately to modulate pain, restore mobility, and return to full function.
