Strategic Goals — (by 6/1/2021)
  • NPS score > 93 for All clinics
  • Every clinical outcome measurement exceeds the national average
  • Serve more new customers (IEs) and total customers (visits) in a month than we ever have before
  • Create the Atlantic PT Center Foundation and get over $50,000 into the account to serve our communities
  • Start the Atlantic PT Center Employee Engagement Program
  • New compensation design for clinical team members (to be fully transparent and accountable for performance)
  • Every employee mentioned in a negative NPS score must personally address the situation
  • Directly address every office that is underperforming the national average for clinical outcomes in any category (Clinical Excellence leader)
  • Institute the “5-foot rule.” — Greet every client with a smile when you are within 5 feet of them.  Any client complaint will be vetted by Directors.
  • Develop new referral sources.  Bring in more doctors for educational experiences with our staff.
  • Create a position – “APTC Director of Community Impact” – this person will organize fundraising events to fund the Foundation and positively impact our communities.
  • Create the Engagement program – hold initial meeting and describe the reward for those who achieve success.
  • Commit to 4 Leadership Meetings per year and 1 Emerging Leaders meeting.
  • Fully implement Microsoft Teams Communication and Project Management platform throughout APTC.
  • Hold Teams Meeting to educate clinical staff on new compensation model.
