Wellness & Performance Services

These programs in the Wellness & Performance Division of Atlantic Physical Therapy Center are cash-based, non-therapy programs. Atlantic cannot submit any forms or paperwork to Medicare or Insurance on your behalf. As non-therapists, these are wellness and performance program that does not have CPT or ICD-10 codes. Atlantic cannot provide any paperwork other than a receipt or participation statement for you to submit to Medicare or Insurance.
