Kevin has been a physical therapist since 2001 after receiving his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton and also was a collegiate soccer player there for 4 years. He has been working with Atlantic Physical Therapy Center since 2005 and became the Clinic Director of the Shrewsbury clinic in 2006. He now is an Area Director for a multitude of Atlantic’s northern Ocean and Monmouth County clinics.
Kevin and his wife, Beth, reside in Point Pleasant with their 2 beautiful sets of twins (Yes 2 sets of twins)! His new passion is coaching his son’s soccer team. He finds enjoyment in teaching the local youth the beautiful game as well as building a strong work ethic for them beginning at an early age.
Kevin has continued to expand his treatment skills throughout his career and strives to stay current with the most recent research. He has completed extensive coursework through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars and the Mckenzie Institute. He has earned a Certificate in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) from the Gray Institute and is also certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) through Functional Movement Systems. He most recently has earned his certification in Functional Range Release (FR) through Functional Anatomy Seminars. This is an advanced soft tissue assessment and remodeling system used to restore full motion capacity. Kevin’s passion in physical therapy is embedded within the proper assessment of musculoskeletal conditions and determining the true cause of his patient’s pain. He uses his manual therapy skills and teaches his clients the proper self-corrective exercises. He wants to make sure his patient’s fully understand their particular condition so their rehabilitation is more easy and comfortable for them
