After playing sports for more than 20 years and spending plenty of time in athletic training rooms managing aches and injuries, Stephanie developed a strong appreciation for the body and the recovery process. Her path became clear at 18, when she shadowed a local physical therapist in her hometown and immediately felt that physical therapy was the right fit.

Stephanie went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York Medical College and has been working at the Lacey location since 2025.

Stephanie values the personal, one-on-one nature of physical therapy and the opportunity it provides to build meaningful connections with patients. A key part of her approach is education and helping patients understand their bodies so they feel empowered to care for themselves long-term.

Outside of the clinic, Stephanie enjoys reading, cooking, thrifting, DIY projects, and creating art. She stays active through exercise, loves watching reality competition shows with her husband, and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two cats. Traveling and making new memories with loved ones is also high on her list when she is not hard at work!
