Rachel Pivano, PT, DPT
Wall Route 35 Physical Therapist
Rachel earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Kean University in August 2022, after completing her undergraduate studies at Arcadia University, where she also played basketball for two years.
Her journey into physical therapy started early, at just 14, Rachel tore her ACL and meniscus while playing basketball and came to Atlantic Physical Therapy for rehab with Roland and Sara. After two surgeries and a lot of time in the clinic, she realized how much she loved the atmosphere, the energy, and the impact her therapists made. That experience sparked her passion for helping others recover and stay active.
Rachel enjoys working with motivated, active patients and loves seeing their progress in real time. She’s taken continuing education in TMJ management and is always looking to grow her skills as a clinician.
Outside of work, Rachel loves spending summer days at the beach, lifting weights, running (she’s completed three half marathons!), and catching live concerts—over 30 so far. She’s also a big Brooklyn Nets and New York Rangers fan.
