What Our Employees Say
Why work for Atlantic? Our employees rated us a top workplace, but read below to hear from our employees why they prefer working as a part of our team!
I grew up with this company. I have moved from patient, to aide, to physical therapist, to clinic director. I consistently hear from my clients that our company is unlike any other care they have ever received. I believe this to be true and I refuse to work elsewhere because I know Atlantic puts out the best quality of care. Additionally, the owners are very involved and truly care about you and the product they are providing.
Our bosses have always led by example and have taken care of us better than I could have ever imagined. They work hard along side us, motivate, encourage, support and care for all of us as if we are family. Work has never felt like a chore or obligation. It has always felt like a privilege to work for this company, one that I will be forever grateful for. They have always encouraged us to specialize in anything we were passionate about and gave us the opportunity for growth both as employees and individuals. Our best interests have always been at the root of all of their decision making as a company.
As the years have passed, I have seen not only how I have grown as a therapist here, but how the company has grown into something bigger but also better in all aspects. I have seen patients become aides, become student PTs, and then into PTs for the company, and that shows just what kind of job we do here and why people want to be part of it.
