Cassandra Poliviou, PT, DPT,
Farmingdale Physical Therapist
Cassandra made the decision to become a Physical Therapist when her grandmother began having recurrent falls inside her home. Her family was concerned that she would need to be moved to an assisted living facility, but with the gains she made after starting physical therapy she was able to remain in her own home for an additional 10+ years! Her grandmother had only wonderful things to say about her rehab team and it inspired Cassandra to join the field in hopes that she could help people as much as her grandmother was helped.
Cassandra is a Stockton University graduate. She ran Cross Country and Track and Field while there. She has taken additional classes in the management of headaches, concussions, vertigo, and lymphedema. She is also a TMJ practitioner and is currently working on her certification for the Mckenzie Method and dry needling.
“I enjoy interacting with all different members of the community, constantly learning about new and improved treatment techniques, and being able to help patient’s achieve their goals. “
