ACL Resconstruction – Return to Sport Program:
Our PT’s have created a program of treatment and testing for those recovering from ACL reconstructions. This program helps patients to re-gain confidence to do more than just walk again, but cut, land, and plant safely so they can play again with a decreased risk of a retear.
- Blood Flow Restriction Therapy is a form of treatment that has proven to speed the recovery time for ACL reconstruction patients, specifically by being able to start strengthing the quadricep while non-weight-bearing.
- API- Sports Specific Conditioning is available inside the Brick location in which you may have your workouts tailored to get you back to the sport your play and in the best condition you’ve ever been in. Your progress is overseen by the PT’s there who also developed the ACL Return to Sport protocol that is used by PT’s company-wide.
ACL Tear Prevention Screenings are available to individuals and teams. With a quick 5 minute assessment, we can score an athlete’s risk of a non-contact ACL tear. We can lower that risk by creating a custom program to address the weaknesses and deficits that put them at risk.

Concussion Management:
is available at both our Howell location and East Windsor location. Our Howell location offers baseline testing that should be done on individuals that are at risk for concussion (football, soccer, and other high-risk sports). This can be used as a tool if a concussion does occur to assess symptoms and gauge recovery. Regardless of baseline testing, our concussion management PT’s are trained in the latest concussion treatment science and have been successful in helping diminish many debilitating concussion symptoms that keep athletes from resuming competing.
